Our Staff
Craig Day Chief
Craig was born in Cardston, AB and raised on a ranch on the Blood Indian Reserve. He is married to Roxanne and they have two children, Kale and Makiesha. Craig just finished the Licensed Practical Nursing program through Bow Valley College and a Management Certificate in Health Services through the Canadian Health Care Association in Ottawa, ON. Craig, with his family, lives near Cardston and works for Alberta Health Services as an LPN at the Cardston Health Centre, and as a Unit Clerk with the Blood Tribe Department of Health Inc. Craig also works for Immaculate Conception Parish in Standoff as their bookkeeper. When required, Craig helps families that have suffered a loss on the Blood Reserve. His knowledge of the customs and traditions of the people is integral when he serves them through Cornerstone Funeral Home. Craig is also a talented musician that quite often sings and plays guitar for Funeral and Wake services that he assists with. We are proud to have Craig working with us at Cornerstone Funeral Home and look forward to a long relationship with him.
