With profound sadness we announce the passing of JUDITH MARIE TREMBLAY (née Haughton) at home on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at the age of 74 years.

Judy was a loving mom to Geri-Lynn Brown, Brent (Crystal) Tremblay, Jennifer (Jason) Swift, Christopher and Erica Pritchard and Gerald and Tristan Seaton; and a proud Grandma to Kaytlin, Kyle, Dylan, Austyne, Justin, Brooklyn, Tristian, Gabriel, Lucas, Vincent, Jolene and Jaxon. She is also survived by her sister Cindy (Claude) Foster and brother Roger Haughton.

She was predeceased by her parents, Bentley and Margaret Haughton, her brother, Wayne Haughton and granddaughter, Shailyn Radke.

Judy was born in St. Catharines, Ontario on December 22, 1947. Her most cherished home growing up in a quaint house in Port Dalhousie, overlooking Lake Ontario, where she spent many hours in a day exploring. She relocated to Alberta in the early 80's. However, she never missed the opportunity to return to her family and visit the home she had cherished memories of. She worked for Alberta Family & Social Services for over 20 years and prided herself in helping provide supports for those in need. She took an early retirement to focus on growing her family through adoption and fostering. She also provided respite care for other foster families.

Judy enjoyed camping, taking road trips and settling down under a warm blanket to read her favourite authors. In later years, she found adult colouring pages enjoyable, especially if "Days of Our Lives" had a "crappy" story line and she caught up on all the episodes of tv series.

Above all, her grandchildren filled her heart with joy. Her grand and great-grandchildren made her life feel complete and full. She looked forward to school breaks as they would come stay, where she could spoil them with the dollar store shopping sprees, swimming in Uncle Brent's pool or hitting the lake to jump off the pier and float around, movie dates and hot summer Slurpee stops.

Judy was one of a kind and will be forever remembered and missed by all who knew her!
