She was born on February 21 1942, to Arleen and Percy Sanderson in Rosetown Saskatchewan. Dianne attended High school at Bedford Road Collegiate in Saskatoon. She married Edward A Herr and they had 3 children. Douglas E Herr. Maureen L Redmond (Dave), and David R Herr. She married Robert Merrison (predeceased) in June 1980. Dianne was a business owner for many years including a Hotel, a Convenience store, and a Bakery, but enjoyed being a housewife more than anything. She loved cooking, baking, photography, word games, puzzles, reading, her puppies, and a good game of cards. Dianne enjoyed bowling in her younger years. She spent a good amount of her time at the bowling alleys in Saskatoon. Dianne is survived by her daughter Maureen(Dave) and youngest son David. Grandchildren, Jordan D Nickel, Sandi L Gervais(Mike), great-grandson Hunter J Gervais. An Aunt, many cousins, nieces and her sister in law Yoko Sanderson. She was preceded in death by her parents Arleen & Percy Sanderson, her brothers Douglas and Robert Sanderson, and her son Douglas E Herr.
