SAMUEL “SAM” ISAIAH PERRY, beloved son of Jason and Melony, of Shaughnessy, passed away peacefully at Chinook Regional Hospital with family by his side, on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at the age of 23 years.

A private family graveside will be held.
