Larry Dwight Collins is his Christian name. He was born and raised on the Manitoba Prairies to working parents, Dwight and Deloris Collins. He has five brothers and three sisters.

Larry was brought up to work hard and to value hard work, to respect everything you do, and most importantly, respect everyone you meet. He was in the nursing field for 20 years, serving the sick and elderly.

Larry’s hobbies are downhill skiing, hiking, mediation and volunteering at non-profit organizations as he believes it is important to pay it forward. He is an advocated for organ donations “through death, there is life.
