IRENE MARIE ADAMS passed away on Monday March 14, 2016 in Lethbridge, Alberta at the age of 94 years.
IRENE MARIE ADAMS passed away on Monday March 14, 2016 in Lethbridge, Alberta at the age of 94 years.
She leaves to remember her, three children, daughter Patricia (Fred) Herrmann, son Paul Adams, and daughter Phyllis (Richard McNutt), 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, sister Viola Cockburn, as well as nephews and nieces.
Irene was predeceased by her parents Louise and George, husband Merlin, sister Gertrude and brother Clarence.
Irene was known for her love of Jehovah God and the Bible educational work that she devoted many hours to. The paradise earth that the Bible promises is what Irene kept to the forefront of her life. It was her hope to see all those she loved in her life in that promised new earth.
Cremation entrusted to Cornerstone Funeral Home.
A Memorial Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2825 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, Alberta on Thursday March 17, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. with Terry Whitlock officiating.
A Private Family Interment will be held at a later date.
If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Irene's name can be made to the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society for the furtherance of Bible education, c/o Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1510 Stafford Drive, Lethbridge, AB T1H 2C5

Pat, Paul and Phyliss It is with sadness to hear your Mom passed away. I remember her well in our younger days spending time at your house, she always had open arms and a smile. My heart goes out to you and your families. I hold your Mom's memories close to my heart. Sending hearfelt sympathy and love to all.
Saddened today to hear about aunt Irene's passing. She was a great lady and will be missed by all. Barb and I are in England right now and will contact you family members when we get a chance on our arrival home.take care all
