All funeral services are provided in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the regulations governing funeral service providers in Alberta.

Online Orders (Flowers & Products)

When you place an order for flowers or other products through our website:

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payment: All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information.
• Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.
• Delivery: Flower arrangements are delivered to our facility for the specified service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on availability.
• Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, minor substitutions of flowers or containers of equal or greater value may be made to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the style and colour palette of the arrangement.
• Refunds: If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at (403) 381-7777 or care@cornerstonefh.ca. We will work with you to resolve the matter. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service date.

Obituary Notices

Obituary notices published on our website are created and approved by the family of the deceased, or their authorized representative. Cornerstone publishes obituaries as a service to the families we serve.

• Obituary content is the responsibility of the submitting family
• We reserve the right to edit obituaries for formatting purposes while preserving the intended content
• Families may request changes to or removal of an obituary notice at any time by contacting us
• Obituary photographs are used with the permission of the family

Condolence Messages

Our website may allow visitors to submit condolence messages on obituary pages. By submitting a condolence, you agree that:

• Your message is respectful, appropriate, and offered in good faith
• You will not submit messages that are commercial, offensive, defamatory, or unrelated to the obituary
• We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove condolence messages at our discretion
• Your name and message will be publicly visible on the obituary page

Contact Form Submissions

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We may follow up by phone or email based on the information you provide. Contact form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam.

Intellectual Property
