How to Select a Funeral Home
Choosing a funeral home is one of the most important decisions you will make during a difficult time. A funeral director coordinates countless details around the clock — our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
Before making the first call, consider: Do you know a funeral director's reputation in the community? Is the home locally owned? Does your family have past experience with them? Do they understand your religious, cultural, or personal needs?
We encourage families to visit, ask questions, and make sure they feel comfortable with the people guiding them. Pre-arranging is the best way to ensure your wishes are met and to relieve that burden from your family.
The Aftercare Program
Our care doesn't end after the service. Through our Aftercare Program, we walk alongside families in the weeks and months that follow — because grief doesn't have a timeline.
In the initial days, we help with immediate needs and paperwork. Within six weeks, we follow up with a personal phone call. After two months, we offer complimentary counselling referrals. On the one-year anniversary, we send a card of remembrance and a dove pin to honour your loved one's memory.
