A Celebration of Elsie's Life will be held at ROCKY MOUNTAIN TURF CLUB, 3401 Parkside Drive South, Lethbridge, AB on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. with the horse race to follow dedicated in her honour.

My condolences to the Bates family. Elsie was such a happy person full of fun. I've known Elsie since high school working in Waterton. We sure had fun. I was happy to meet up with her again at the hospital where we both worked. The world is a sadder place without Elsie. May the memories that you shared with her comfort you during this difficult time.
