Baumstark, Deborah Ann

Deborah "Debbie" Baumstark was a caring partner, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world peacefully on Sunday May 9, 2021 at age 57 

She was born to Anton and Wilma Baumstark on February 14th, 1964. As a child she was adventurous, always keeping her parents on their toes. From riding her tricycle to the store alone to bringing home stray cats life was never boring. As a teenager she was very active, playing baseball and swimming competitively. 

Debbie loved spending time outdoors in nature. Camping was her favourite pastime as an adult. During the summer months you would always find her around the campfire in the mountains enjoying the scenery. She always had her camera close at hand and would snap pictures of flowers and birds. 

She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was always offering caring advice and warm hugs. Her face would light up at every visit from her daughter Nicole and granddaughter Sophie. 

After a long struggle with her health, she is now at peace, watching over all of those she loved during life

Besides her beloved companion Gerry, she leaves to mourn: her daughter Nicole (Dale) Tulloch, Granddaughter Sophie, Sister Jeanette Lindley and parents Wilma and Anthony Baumstark. 

Debbie was predeceased by her uncle Chris Holzworth.

A Private Family Celebration of Debbie's Life will be held at Cornerstone Funeral Home.
