Derek is survived by his father, Leroy Schalk, mother Mona (Roy) Tomlinson, as well as his siblings, Ashley, Casey, Derek, and Justin.
Derek is survived by his father, Leroy Schalk, mother Mona (Roy) Tomlinson, as well as his siblings, Ashley, Casey, Derek, and Justin.
Derek was predeceased by his beloved grandmother, Karen Gail Young, and grandfather Casey Schalk.
A private family Funeral Service will be held at Cornerstone Funeral Home.
