It was a moving service, I wish I could be there. John was the best man at my wedding. Rose and John were my first friends when I moved to Lethbridge. Some of my fondist memories are of when we would hang out after church on Friday nights and then cruise around Lethbridge long into the night. My condolences to the family.
Although we have not been in touch for a long time, we fondly remember John, Holly, the kids and John's sisters, Betty and Rose. We are so sorry to hear of John's passing, and feel like it was much too soon, he had so much to give. Blessings to all that remember & loved him.
So sorry for your loss and sending sincere sympathy . I remember John from attending Victory Church under Kirby's Ministry . John was very friendly and very musically talented . all of our love
Deepest condolences to Jordan, Jonathan, Jaydon and the extended family on the loss of John. Will always remember his endless love for Jesus, his love of singing and his love for his boys.
John, you exemplified the joy of the Lord where ever you went. That laugh identified you. You also brought God's presence in worship and prayer. My family loved you. You met my brother for prayer on a regular basis. My father loved you. You shared humour. Last time I connected was at the service for the late Pastor Len Thierman in Medicine Hat. "When my eyes shall close in death...when I rise to world unknown...to see Thee on Thy throne...Rock of ages let me hide myself in Thee." John, you live on eternally in your next assignment. Much love to your family who remain.
My sincerest condolences to the family of John. Although I have not seen John for some time, I have fond memories of John when I attended Victory Church many years ago. I recall his faithfulness to the church and God and John's humour was contagious when so many of us were friends as singles. I also have very fond memories of Rose.
We are sorry to hear of John's passing and for your loss. You are all in our prayers.
