WAYNE DENNIS ENSIGN, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at the age of 65 years.

Wayne is survived by his nieces and nephews.

Wayne is predeceased by all of his siblings and parents  

At Wayne's request no formal service will be held.
