RAVEICA FASIE, beloved wife of the late Petru Fasie, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, October 9, 2015 at the age of 89 years.
RAVEICA FASIE, beloved wife of the late Petru Fasie, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, October 9, 2015 at the age of 89 years.
She is the loving mother of John (Lidia) Pater of Lethbridge, Florian (Lidia) Fasie, Maria Stoica of Romania, Nicoletta Mercea of Romania as well as 10 grandchildren, Samuel and Rebecca of Lethbridge and eight of Romania and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother Florian (Rebecca) Drimbe of Romania and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Petru and two sons.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M.
A Funeral Service will be held at FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, 1614 - 5th Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Dr. Bruce Martin officiating.
Interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Raveica's name to First Baptist Church, 1614 - 5th Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB, T1J 0W3

John & Lidia, Please accept my deepest sympathy in the passing of your Mother. Even tho I never had the pleasure of meeting your Mom, I sure knew about her from the stories you told me when we worked together at the City. I am sure that she must have loved spending her final years in Canada with you both and her grandkids. Take care & God Bless
