Dear beautiful Linda, Leanne, Shantal, Kevin and families. We are so deeply sorry and share in your heartache with losing your lifelong partner, father and grandfather. I first met Frank when he was in his teens and came to billet with our family while playing hockey. During his stay I got to know his joking side and his kindness. Who knew years later he would meet you Linda and marry you my cousin! Very small world. I’ll never forget his laugh, his giving heart, his love for you Linda, his family and of course his adoration and love for his precious grandchildren. He lit up whenever he spoke of them and loved watching them whenever he could. We all feel blessed to have known Frank. Sending loving prayers and blessings for healing.

Fank and I were friends growing up and lived in the same crescent on 25th Street North. Frank will always be remembered as a friend and was one of the best football players in junior and senior high school. I remember Frank's dad leaving for work early each morning to go to the Northside bakery and the only other time he was up early was to go fishing. Great memories having the Kogler family as neighbours.
