Goode, Merle Arthur

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of MERLE GOODE, husband of the late Denise Goode, on October 13, 2016 at the age of 78 years.

He leaves to mourn Aunt Dorothy Taylor, sister-in-law Patricia Madany, nephew Steven Madany, as well as many cousins and friends.

Merle was predeceased by his wife, Denise, and his parents, Art and Ivadell Goode.

Merle grew up in the Turin area, where his love for tractors and machinery started. He was an active member of the Prairie Tractor and Engine Museum, where he spent endless hours in his later years.

A memorial service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME - 2800 Mayor Magrath Dr. So., Lethbridge, AB, on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. with Dan Doerksen officiating.

Following the reception at the Prairie Tractor & Engine Museum, Merle will be laid to rest next to his wife Denise at the Bowville Cemetery.
