Gregory Mitchell
Greg passed in the arms of his beloved family on Saturday, September 7, 2024. The first to laugh, the first to cry, and the first to end every conversation with “I love you.” His loyalty, humour, laughter and zest for all things funny brought joy to all those who were blessed to call him a husband, a father, a brother, an uncle and a friend. He was loved more than he will ever know.

Dear Cary and Family, we are so sorry for your loss. We pray all those wonderful memories of Greg will help you through this difficult time.
Sending so much love
Our condolences to you Cary, Kennedy, Aiden and Hudson. Greg’s contagious laugh and love for everyone will be missed but never forgotten . We were blessed to spend much time with Greg over the years and he touched our lives and was always there for us and his generosity was unmatched. We love you Greg, rest in peace brother !
Thinking of you all at this exceptionally difficult time. Greg's mom was my aunt but I didn't see the Mitchell kids often growing up. Greg was always a bit mythical (in the best ways). He sounds like a wonderful man and that he will be terribly missed. So very sorry for your loss.
I am so sorry sorry your loss. I knew Greg through my late wife, Jennifer Gould. She is Mary Joy's little sister. I can remember him as a young boy. He was always the comedian of the 4 kids. The last time I saw him was at his dad's wake. Greg and his Uncle Garry never stopped teasing me about being short. It is a fond memory I will always cherish. May God bless you in these hard times. You are in my prayers.
Not only was Greg a coworker, but he was a friend. My life is better having known him. Race on my friend.
Gone too soon Brother......Grateful to have spent time with you the last few years. I will always look back on your kindness, generosity towards others, and one-of-a-kind humour (especially your comical dog's impression). I am certain you are looking over us with the famous "Greggie Grin". My deepest condolences to the Mitchell Family. RIP
I never knew you long Greg, but in that short time you made a lasting impression.
Sorry to hear about Greg’s passing.
…..feeling so very privileged to have gotten to know Greg. The memories that he left with us will be cherished. So very sorry for your loss…..

I’m so sorry for your loss.
So deeply sorry for your loss . I know how loved Greg was by his sisters and family. I have fond memories of him at Lake St Peter with his great laugh and wonderful sense of humour.
From our family to yours we are sending our thoughts, love and peace with you all during this time
One of the top three funniest people I’ve ever known. Although we didn’t get to spend much time together in the last few years, you will always be a fond memory from my childhood. Elves with sharp teeth. Bears at the dump. Geese at Centre Island. And playing pool at Lake St. Peter tavern. Love you, Uncle Greg. You will be missed.
love you forever and always, your little girl. xoxo
Sorry for your loss.
We are so sorry for your family’s loss! Sending much love in this time of sadness❣️

Greg I came to know you casually as that "big little brother ' of Susan's you were always welcoming energetic and acutely involved in the lives of your wonderful children and especially Cary your love and life partner. Greg you realized and honored the inherent joy in life. Your example was your life. I am grateful to have known you Greg. Rest in peace hope you are cracking an ice cold one right about now!
I love you guys
A gentle giant of a man. A better brother in law cannot be found. I’ll miss the big guy and the stories he shared.
