MARGARET VIOLET HECK, of Lethbridge and formerly of Hays, beloved wife of the late Carl "Bud" Heck, passed away peacefully at the St. Therese Villa, comforted by the presence of her family on Monday, January 30, 2023 at the age of 93 years.
MARGARET VIOLET HECK, of Lethbridge and formerly of Hays, beloved wife of the late Carl "Bud" Heck, passed away peacefully at the St. Therese Villa, comforted by the presence of her family on Monday, January 30, 2023 at the age of 93 years.
Margaret is survived by her children: Fay (Les), Linda (Ross), Robert (Rose), Dennis (Lorraine) and Tom, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters: Barbara (Bryan) Watts, Verna McDowell and Sharon (Ike) Fehr as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her loving husband Bud, Margaret was predeceased by her parents Elmer and Agnes Mickelberry, brothers, Norman, Bud and James, and sisters, Irene, Dorothy and Betty.
A Funeral Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2825 - 32 Street South, Lethbridge, AB, on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Greg Esselmont officiating.
Margaret will be laid to rest with Bud privately, in the Field of Honour in the Vauxhall Cemetery.
