HELEN ROSE BEATTIE of Lethbridge, Born January 27, 1935 in Daysland, Alberta, passed away December 23, 2008 at the age of 73 years. Helen is survived by her three children; Lesley Grubel, Bill (Daune), Rudy (Esther); 2 grandchildren Derek and Jack. Helen is also survived by her partner Al Hopp and his children Greg and Jody; numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Helen was predeceased by her late husband William (Bill) Beattie in 1991. Helen was one of sixteen children, and was predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Helen will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. A Funeral Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Cathy Coates officiating.
