LENA M. HENRY (Berezay), beloved wife of the late George Henry, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the age of 86 years.
LENA M. HENRY (Berezay), beloved wife of the late George Henry, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the age of 86 years.
Lena is survived by her daughter Joanne (Tom) Verwoerd and son Ward (Donna) Henry; grandchildren Tanya (Jake) Driedger, Jory (Celeste) Henry, Tasha (Dan) Henry, BJ (James) Foran, Krista (Steven) Standing, Katlynn Verwoerd and Ali (Brady) Kaydunn; ten great-grandchildren, Amber, Kassidy, Mason, Wacey, Cienna, Ethan, Keatyn, Greycen, Emmett and Benjamin. Lena is also survived by her brother John (Connie) Berezay, sister Joanne (John) VanBuren and sister-in-law Sharon Berezay, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Lena was predeceased by her husband and love of her life George, son Wade and brothers Tom and Frank.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB, on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.

Thinking of you at this time. Lena was a special person and a great neighbor. It is always hard to let go but she is at peace and suffering has ended. The legacy she has left is something a Mom would be proud of. Take care......
We are so sorry to hear about Lena's passing .We are very sorry that we were unable to attend her funeral service. We were unaware of her passing ,until late this morning. Please accept our sympathy.
