LYLE FREDERICK HOLTORF, beloved father of Victor and Larry Holtorf, passed away at the St. Michael's Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit, on Monday, February 22nd, 2016 at the age of 69 years.

Victor and Larry I'm so sorry to read about your Dad .Your Dad was a very caring and funny person.Im sure he'll be missed by all he knew him in the many fields of work or little things he had "his fingers" in .I lived with your Uncle Don when you kids were small and have told many of my friends how both (mostly) your Dad would tease the "Old Goat" more commonly called "The Goat" about Booze Drinks Your Dad had some of the neatest and craziest places to hid the bottle. Victor I think there were times when a bottle or two were wrapped up and put in bed with you .Your Dad dearly loved to tease anyone including myself ...I do live here in Lethbridge . Marlene and Family. I was really shocked when I saw of Lyles passing and of him being here in Lethbridge.Had there been a service myself and another girl Pennie Elliott Hengerer who's husband worked with both Lyle and Don (Darcy Elliott)would of attended .Lyle will sure be missed by his kids.I did send them a note with just a few little note about how I remembered him when Don and I lived together.
