It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of LORETTA GLENA KAMINSKI (née Reimer) on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the age of 78 years.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of LORETTA GLENA KAMINSKI (née Reimer) on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the age of 78 years.

Loretta is survived by her three children: Jim (Sylvia) Kaminski, Tracy (Cole) Nelson, and Craig (Paula) Kaminski and six grandchildren who mean the world to her: Dustin and Braydin, Charley and Sadie, and Sophie and Brody. Being the youngest of 13 children, she is also survived by two brothers, Weldon (Virginia) Reimer and Arnold (Charm) Reimer as well as sisters-in-law, Vera (John) Reimer and Audrey (Herman) Reimer.

Loretta was predeceased by her husband Ted Kaminski, father John, mother Maria, sisters Helen Wiebe, Margaret Stickel, Mary Friesen, Hilda Wiens, Tina Van Rijn, and brothers Peter, John, George, Herman, and Rudy.

Her love extended to numerous nieces and nephews who were all very special to her.

Loretta dedicated well over 30 years to the Bank of Nova Scotia. She enjoyed working at many different branches which allowed her to meet numerous people. Upon her retirement, Mom's enjoyment of meeting people continued through her many years of volunteering.

Mom has slipped away from us but has entered into the presence of her Saviour and is now experiencing boundless joy. No more tears, pain or sadness.

In lieu of flowers Mom would want everyone to show kindness and love for each other.

At Mom's request, a private family service will be held.

I worked with Loretta at Scotiabank for many years. She was a smiley, fun-loving person. Before COVID, I feel so grateful to have been able to go for supper a few times with her and other retirees. Good memories! I will miss her.

I was so saddened to learn that Loretta had passed away, though blessed to know that she is rejoicing in the presence of the Saviour she deeply loved. I got to know her at River of Life Church where she attended for several years and it was always a joy to chat with her each Sunday. No doubt she will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

Jim, Tracy and Craig, very sorry about the passing of your Mom. She was a great person and always had a good outlook on life. I know she put up with all the things that your dad and Wendel used to get into and took them in stride. I just know that she is now in a better place and keeping Ted and Wendel in check. My deepest sympathies.
