Celine was born on August 26, 1935 in a small community in the Carmel district of Saskatchewan and was one of 16 children. She married and moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba where she gave birth to all four of her children and eventually relocated to Lethbridge, Alberta where she met her husband Paul (Pierre) and enjoyed 30 happy years together. She worked various jobs but retired as a supervisor of housekeeping where she received numerous awards and gifts of appreciation for her hard work. She loved returning home to Saskatchewan to visit her relatives and reminisce about old stories. She was a beautiful person and had a wonderful personality, full of laughter and the joy of life. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and close friends and she was a loving, kind and gentle woman who loved everyone unconditionally. She was always cheerful, always caring, always helpful, serving and considerate of everyone before herself. Her quiet courage, strength of spirit and abundance of love will be carried forward by those who knew and loved her. We will miss her beyond measure but need only look to our hearts and memories to find her.
A Funeral Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB., on Friday, September 16, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. with Maureen Condon-Horon officiating.

My heart is saddened. I always remember Auntie Celine as a kind and caring person. When last we saw her in Lethbridge, I recalled how she hadn't changed or aged. My thoughts are with you and your family. Love, Cheryl.
Celine was a sweet, tender soul who was a kind and gentle person to me as I was growing up. I never saw her angry even in times of turmoil (and she saw lots of that). She was a "trooper" who took care of her girls with love and respect. She was a quiet, shy person who always smiled at me and made me feel good inside and safe. Although we were not close in the past few years, my inner child will always love her. I am smiling now at my memories of her. Goodbye Auntie Celine, I Love You.
My heart goes out to your girls. I hope everyone's kind thoughts and prayers help ease the pain just a little. Love Lynn
