We are so very sorry to hear about Darrell's passing. He worked on Carey's crew at the Lethbridge Research Station and he was so much fun to be around. Our hearts go out to his children and family.
I'll always remember the good times spent with Darrell shooting, pheasant hunting and enjoying a laugh together. He was an intelligent, fun guy to know. It broke my heart to hear of his passing so young.
Even though I knew Darrell for a short time there was never a time that I did not see a smile on his face. He was just one of those people you took a liking to the minute you met him. RIP Darrell you will be very missed. My deepest and most sincere sympathies.

Hi Duane & Emily, our thoughts and prayers are with you as you grieve the loss of family members. All the best. Les & Hilda
Even though I only knew Darrell a relatively short time we only had positive interactions. It broke my heart to learn that he had died at such a young age. To all his family and friends I can only say I'm so sorry for your loss.
As a fellow electrician, I had occasion to talk to Darrell at the different wholesalers and always enjoyed our conversations. With the little time we had I got to know him a bit better. Out of the blue one day he called me and asked to go for coffee at Tim Hortons. Without pressures of time, we had a chance to talk about things beside work. That was best conversation I had with him. I respected Darrell and his work. He always brightened my day and I will truly miss him! To all the family my deepest sympathies. Take care. Laurie Brown
Darrell was one of the kindest people I have ever met. He always had a smile on his face and was genuinely happy to see his friends. My condolences to his family and children.
