It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of LONNY GEORGE MADISON. He left us peacefully on Friday, January 16, 2026 at the Chinook Regional Hospital, at the age of 78 years.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of LONNY GEORGE MADISON. He left us peacefully on Friday, January 16, 2026 at the Chinook Regional Hospital, at the age of 78 years.
Lonny is survived by his loving wife Shirley, as well as three daughters and six grandchildren.
A private remembrance will take place in the spring of 2026.

Shirley, this is Brenda Rogers, Lonnie's x-sister-in-law. I'm so sad to hear of Lonnie's passing. I know that we haven't been in contact with each other for many years but Lonnie was always special to me. Loved his sense of humor and he was a great tease. I remember him giving you a bad time about hanging on to the saddle horn when you went riding with him. He would tell you that he was going to get a saw and cut it off your saddle. I have often thought of you and Lonnie each time we would drive by Stirling. I know what your going through as I have recently lost my husband Tom in November and then my daughter Bobby in December. I'm sure that your heart is broken as is mine. I'm told that in time the hole left in it will close but the scar will remain. Hold on the the good times that you and Lonnie had together. Brenda
Condolences Shirley. I didn't know Lonny well but well enough to know that a jokester was about to appear at any time. May your memories last forever.
