The world lost a beloved person on August 9, 2022 when CINDY MACPHEAT passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, in Lethbridge, AB.

Cindy had a multi-faceted life and her endless selflessness will be missed by everyone who knew her. Her highest priorities were her kids, Kira and Ben (Shannon), her extended family, and all the friends and relatives she remained in touch with over the years. Cindy was a devoted and caring daughter to her mother Anne and loved being the sister to Heather, Tannis (Rob), and Stuart (Nola). She never hesitated to step in when needed and support her numerous nieces and nephews in any way possible. Her love of animals was infectious and she was, most recently, a doting human 'mom' to Teddy, but there were many other family pets over the years that benefitted from her kindness and love.

Cindy had a great passion for travel and an incredible aptitude for gardening. She turned her backyard into a lush and whimsical garden with "the best soil on the block". She spent hours every day tending to and enjoying the greenery and beautiful flowers whenever she was not on one of her many trips to Mexico with family or friends. Cindy was a talented baker and very likely made the best gingersnaps in the world, she could bake anything, sew anything and grow anything.

A Celebration of Life for this wonderful woman will be held at NIKKA YUKO JAPANESE GARDEN - BUNKA CENTRE, Lethbridge, AB on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 2:30 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Alberta SPCA (albertaspca.org).
