Send a Tribute

With sadness but wonderful memories, the family of Julie McMillan announces her passing. Predeceased by her husband Edwin as well as three sisters and four brothers, Julie leaves many nieces and nephews to cherish the loving and fun times spent in the company of a very special aunt with a most infectious laugh. Julie never got old in the eyes of her family always remaining young at heart and making the most of every day. She enjoyed a long career with the Lethbridge Herald and then pursued her own interests in retirement.A special thank you to Martha House for providing an environment in which Julie felt so at home. Also a thank you to the staff at the Chinook Regional Hospital for the care given to Julie and her family while she was in Palliative Care.At Julie's request, there will be no funeral. A private family interment will take place in Calgary. So loved and missed by all.

Julie was a very kind and loving person. It was always my pleasure to see her and to serve her at Martha's House. My deepest sympathy to her family. I will never forget you Julie! You were very special to me. Rest in peace. Judy
