DARCY GLEN MILLER, beloved father of Gatlin Miller of Lethbridge, passed away unexpectedly in Calgary on March 16, 2016 at the age of 29 years.

He was predeceased by grandparents Leo Miller, and Colin and Lydia Courtoreille.
Darcy was born February 8, 1987 in Lethbridge where he was raised and educated. He began a career as a Sous Chef, starting first at Moxies. Darcy's passion was music, writing, singing and playing guitar. He had a ridiculous sense of humor and was always able to make people laugh. Darcy was so proud the day his son was born. Gatlin was a treasure to Darcy. He will be sadly missed by his family and many friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB., on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 2:00 P.M with Deacon Cliff Bogdan officiating. Cremation to follow.

I was very sad to hear the news today of Darcy passing. He worked for me for many years at Moxie's. I wanted to offer my condolences to his family. I had a great relationship with Darcy and had the good fortune of many long discusions and some mentorship. Darcy was hard working and was a very talented cook. He went to battle at Moxie's every Friday and Saturday night for many years. A feat that has pushed many without his talent and fortitude out the door. I hope in some small way this comforts someone. I can honestly say that I personally liked Darcy and appreciated his contribution in the success of Moxie's. God speed Darcy RIP....
Brenda and family, I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Darcy. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. May God bless you all. Keith Griffioen, WMS
Brenda and Glenn. I am so sorry for your loss. I remember your boy when he was so small. Brenda if you need anything let us know.
I only met Darcy a few times but each occasion he was kind, funny, charismatic, and devoted to Gatlin. I will never forget Gatlin's little rock band t-shirts and the smiles that time with his dad brought. As Gatlin's aunt I will make sure he forever knows his father loved and cared about him with every ounce he had. May your family be wrapped in love and prayers during this dark time.
What once we have enjoyed we can never lose, all that we love deeply becomes a part of us. From my family to yours we send our deepest sympathy and love. Cora
