DEBORAH ANNE MOLONEY, beloved wife of the late Victor Moloney, passed away peacefully at St. Michael's Health Centre - Palliative Care Unit, on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at the age of 61 years.
She is survived by her children Christopher, Jennifer and Kathleen, all of Lethbridge, Rachel Edelman of Whitehorse, YT, and Amanda Kubo of Tokyo, Japan; grandchildren Shia, Leland, Sutton, Tristan, Kayleen, Bridget, Siena and Meisa; her mother Maureen Forbes; and her siblings Robert, Richard, Michelle, Mary-Anne and Christine.
Deborah was predeceased by her husband Victor, father William Forbes, and brother Ronald.
Deborah and Victor were married in the Seattle Washington Temple on December 10, 1983. While raising her children all over British Columbia, Deborah immersed herself in hard work and many hobbies. While living on a farm in Yahk, filled with all sorts of animals, she found a love for the farm life. Growing her own garden and canning the spoils went hand in hand with her love of baking and cooking. She enjoyed sewing quilts and clothes, and researching family history. Sharing these gifts with her family has left a lasting legacy that will never be forgotten.
Deborah's cheerful attitude and bright smile will be forever remembered in the hearts of her loving family and dear friends
A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. The service will be live streamed and may be accessed via Deborah's obituary on the Cornerstone website.
