MRS. CHERYLANNE MUELLER of Lethbridge, beloved wife of Mr. Roger Mueller, passed away at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary on January 31, 2015 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.Cherylanne Monica Scherer was born in Medicine Hat on June 28, 1955 and raised on the family farm at Faith, in the Foremost district. She attended school in Hoping and Foremost. She moved to Lethbridge in 1973 with her parents and attended the University of Lethbridge to receive her Bachelor of Education degree. On October 8, 1977 she married Roger Mueller in Lethbridge. They have two loving children, Amber and Joel Mueller.Cherylanne managed motels and substitute taught for several years. She enjoyed selling Avon, sewing dance costumes, handicrafts, playing cards, gardening, music and dancing. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Cherylanne will be remembered for her many kindnesses towards others.After being diagnosed with breast cancer and ovarian cancer in 2008 she was determined to remain positive and not let cancer control her life. She participated in three drug trials through Tom Baker Cancer Centre in Calgary for ovarian cancer to help advance the knowledge of a possible cure for this dreadful disease. She did this to help herself and all women of the world who are stricken with this terrible disease.Cherylanne is survived by her husband Roger, her two children Amber and Joel, and her siblings Jim and Sheila Scherer of Port Hope, Ontario, Bob and Elaine Scherer of Kelowna, BC and Bob and Marilynn Heaton of Lethbridge. She is also survived by a large extended family of Scherer, Herbst, Mueller and Rogers families.She was predeceased by her parents Henry and Margareta Scherer and Roger's parents Art and Ruth Mueller.A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at OUR LADY OF THE ASSUMPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH - 2405 12 Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta, on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. with Father Kevin Tumback celebrant.Following the Funeral Mass, an interment at Archmount Cemetery will be held.

Roger Mueller and Family, Roger, Amber, Joel & Cherylanne's immediate and extended families, We are very sorry for the heartache Cherylanne's passing has cause. Her war with cancer was difficult but she never backed away from the battles. Our thoughts are with all of you as you move forward.
Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Cherylanne was a beautiful, kind, gentle, loving, caring woman. It truly was our honour to know her.

Our lives have been diminished with the passing of Cherylanne. During her lifetime, Cherylanne wore many coats....a sweet baby daughter; the youngest sister, student, graduate, loving wife, daughter-in-law, caring protective mother, niece, cousin and most important, a kind cherished friend to many. Cherylanne fought a strong battle with an outward smile on her face and a strong inner faith in a loving God. Now she can rest in our Lord's embrace. Our condolences are sent to her family..Roger. Roger, Amber and Joel, such a difficult time for all of you. You know how I remember Cherylanne? Way back, Roger, when you and I were both living in rez at the U of L, and I would round up you and Ken to go up and eat supper at the cafeteria or just stop in for a quick visit. That's where I met Cherylanne. She was slender as you, Amber, with her long, beautiful brown hair. And such a sweetheart. How tragic to lose her so young. Our thoughts are with you.
Try to remember the little things, the shared smiles, the warm hugs, the laughter. the pain must seem unbearable now, but in time, it is these memories that will win through and you will find happiness again. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family, Roger, and all of her siblings.
Our deepest condolences to your family. Knew Cherylanne for many years, and saw Amber and Joel grow up. She was so extremely cheerful, kind, giving and caring, such a lovely person. She will be greatly missed. May the memories you have shared give you strength, as she will always be with you.
Roger, Amber, Joel We had the opportunity to meet Cherylanne from becoming our Avon representative and over the many years we have become good friends. She was the kindest person and was always giving of herself to others without expecting anything in return. It is hard to say good bye to a good friend knowing she won't be around to bring her Avon books or staying to visit and chit chat about our lives. We both looked forward to it so long dear friend will think of you always and forever. Cindy

Cheryanne Mueller was one of the kindest, helpful and beautiful women I have ever met. Her seamstress skills were second to none. She not only loved her children, she loved everyone else's children as well. We will all see her again seated next to Jesus. Our hearts and prayers are with her family.
We are so sorry for your loss ! Your wife and mother will be missed! She was a courageous lady and fought a good fight! She will always be by your side !
