MARLENE (BELL) MYERS, beloved wife of Howard Myers, passed away peacefully at St. Michael's Palliative Care Unit on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at the age of 84.

MARLENE (BELL) MYERS, beloved wife of Howard Myers, passed away peacefully at St. Michael's Palliative Care Unit on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at the age of 84.

Marlene was born in Coleman, AB on November 2, 1935. She will be greatly missed by her children, Catherine (Barry) Falk, Maureen Toews, and Jennifer (Albert) Friesen; her grandchildren, Jaimie (Dustin) Andreasen, Paige Falk, Anna and Mark Toews, Wade and Troy Friesen; and four great-grandchildren, Logan, Holly, Layla, and Henry Andreasen. Marlene was predeceased by her parents and sister.

Marlene loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a bridge player, reader, pie maker, rose gardener, gift giver, traveler, and friend.

The family is appreciative of the care provided by the wonderful staff at St. Michael's Palliative Care. Cremation was entrusted to Cornerstone Funeral Home. Per Marlene's wishes, there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael's Health Care Foundation or McKillop United Church.
