It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom, sister and "Mommy Orich", DIANE ROSE (MERCER) ORICH, on November 22, 2014, in Calgary, AB., due to complications from cancer.She is lovingly remembered by her two daughters Roxanne (Gerald) Remington and Tammy Orich of Lethbridge. Mom is also survived by her five siblings; George (Marj), Harold (Carol), Ken (Sandy) Mercer and sister Barb (Bill) Orich and families, special sister-in-law Gladys Orich and step-son Allan (Sharon) Orich. She had other children that she loved and considered her own; Danielle Bilodeau, Leah LaPierre, Mike Straga, Nicolle Lagasse and many others that she had loved and cared for. She also leaves her furball friends, Coco and Buddy.Mom was predeceased by her husband Billy and children Robert and Joely.A Memorial Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive, Lethbridge, AB., on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 11:00 A.M.In memory of mom, please donate to The Canadian Cancer Society, 317-10th Street South, Lethbridge, AB., T1J 2M7 or to St. Michael's Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit, 1400-9th Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB., T1J 4V5.Our family wishes to extend a special thank-you to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Rockyview General Hospital ICU for their outstanding care and compassion.

Wow!! Diane was an awesome lady. She had no boundaries when it came to loving people she knew. My son and I both felt the love she shared. I worked with Diane and from then on she she shared that love, even after we moved away. We have sent Christmas cards and pictures to each other over the years. My condolences to her family and everyone she loved. She's truly missed.
Our condolences to you and your family on the passing of your mother, It is never easy to lose a parent, no matter your age. We pray for your peace and comfort as you continue your life journey without your mother's earthly presence. Diane will be fondly remembered as a Kind and loving soul. She had a great wit about her and an incredible work ethic unlike any other we have ever known. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten. Rest in peace.
