DIANE ROSEMARIE PERRON, beloved partner of Wayne Tizzard of Lethbridge, passed away surrounded by her loved ones at St. Michael's Health Centre on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at the age of 73 years.
Diane is survived by her children, Deb (Perry) Keller of Chestermere and Doug (Rhonda) Perron of Lethbridge, as well as ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She will also be greatly missed by her best friend and sister, Barb (Henry) Zdun, her brother, Glen (Les) Huber, her sisters, Della Huber and Brenda Dyck, stepchildren Kathy (Bill) Semeniuk, Barry (Victoria) Tizzard, Joy Wells and Monica (Lee) Irvine and her dear fur baby, Sasha.
Diane was also blessed by having countless nieces, nephews, and loved ones that called her 'Nana.'
She was predeceased by her father, Adolf, her brother-in-law, Barry Dickout, and—most recently—her brother, Barry Huber. She also joins her two fur babies in heaven, Babe and Shylo.
Diane was the manager of Esmeralda's for many years before opening a day home to take care of the many children she loved. She was happiest when cooking large meals for family gatherings, shopping, decorating for Christmas and giving presents, lunching with friends, and getting her hair professionally done weekly.
She was so very proud of her family and often talked about Colton and Jordan's hunting adventures, Kelsey and Mikalah's grades, and Kayson—her newest great-grandson.
In 2018, Diane began kidney dialysis, and was very well cared for by Dr. Wong and the staff at the dialysis lab. After a short but intense illness, Diane passed away peacefully.
A Celebration of Diane's Life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2825 - 32 Street South, Lethbridge, AB on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. with Patrick Siedlecki officiating.
In lieu of flowers, Diane requested that donations be made to The Kidney Foundation of Canada at www.kidney.ca/donate.

So sad to hear about Diane , I enjoyed hearing always about her family and her day home , when I used to do her hair ,,deepest sympathy
First I want to offer my sincere condolences to all of Diane's family and countless friends. Those who know Diane and I became dear friends from the Esmeralda's days. With a grin and initial suspicion, she opened her arms to take me under her caring wings and a everlasting bond was made. I never talked with Diane much over recent years but knew our connection and stories were good enough for a distant smile and chuckle. I never had a worry about Diane because of the incredible bond with her family and friends and that her life was overflowing with Love, humour, and the best damn Party Hostess Lethbridge would ever know! So dear friend take your magic, your smile, on to the next place and smile down upon us as we grieve and reminisce.... Love you . Just the very best of Memories will keep you close as always.... Peace
Condolences to Dianes Family. RIP Diane
My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.
I have known Diane since I was young- for well over fifty years. She lived her life as a beacon for her family- as a steadfast, loyal, loving matriarch of her family. I always admired her energy, drive and work ethic. She will be sorely missed by all of you. As a model for how to life one's life- how to be responsible but loving, focused but compassionate, loyal but fun, Diane has given each member of her family a path of integrity to follow in life. My prayers are with you all now. I know Diane would want you to hold fast to family- always. Much love.
So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I remember her energy and neverending support of you Deb. Please accept my deepest condolences.
A full and successful life well lived. I am proud to have been her friend.
