He touched so many lives as a teacher, an athlete, a coach and a friend, and he will be sorely missed throughout Alberta and beyond. Caroline Linders,, my condolences to the family. Guy was my grade nine social studies teacher. His charismatic personality and dedication to health will always be remembered
I am so sorry for your loss
Guy was a great friend. We will miss his smile, kind heart and his friendship. Please accept our deepest sympathy and heartfelt thoughts. We have many fond memories of time spent together. Jerry especially enjoyed golfing with Guy and the dialog around our kitchen island after the game always gave us a good laugh. Guy stepped in to take care of our kids when Jerry's dad had a heart attack down south and we were gone for almost two weeks. When he joined us at Echo Lake for the weekend it was always a great time. Guy lounging in the back of "Nancy" (the boat) grinning from ear to ear is a picture we will always carry in our minds. He always left more than he took and we will miss him.
Condolences to the Pomahac family. Guy was an Inspiration in Life in so many ways including his Athletics and Teaching. He will be missed by all. Rest in Peace Guy !!
My condolences. He was an amazing person! I won't forget him as an educator and I'll remember that friendly smile.
Guy fought to the end for his children, and he thought the world of you both.
Guy was my homeroom and science teacher during my last year of middle school, and I will never forget his enthusiastic and unique approach to education. He served as an inspiration to push myself to my limit in whatever I did. My sincerest condolences go out to Guy's family and friends during this difficult time.
I would like to extend sincere sympathy to the Pomohac family. Guy was an excellent teacher and colleague. He will be missed.
RIP cousin. I'll always remember taking you to your first drive-in movie (a midnight preview no less) when you were 11 or 12; you spent more time running back and forth to the snack bar than you did watching the movie. So many good memories of when we were kids. Love, Patty.
Sincere sympathy to Guy's family and children. Praying that your memories of him will bring you comfort and peace.
Guy it was a real honour to work with you. The staff and kids of Chinook High School will always remember your wisdom and kindness.

Taylor and Josh, after many conversations with you father, I can assure you that he was so proud of you both, and he loved you both very much! My hope is you find peace in your father's memory. Guy, the early morning workouts, the long conversations over coffee with friends and most importantly the many laughs over the years. You will be missed my friend! Rest in Peace!
