It is with heavy hearts and deepest sorrow that we sadly announce the passing of our beloved David, husband of the late Mrs. Elsie Porter (Leier) of Lethbridge.
It is with heavy hearts and deepest sorrow that we sadly announce the passing of our beloved David, husband of the late Mrs. Elsie Porter (Leier) of Lethbridge.
David passed away at the St. Michael’s Health Centre on January 22, 2010 at the age of 75 years.
Dave was a person of quiet confidence and always ready with a quick quip or joke and a loving smile.
He leaves a legacy of utmost respect, loyalty and love for his family and friends who will miss him greatly.
At Dave’s request, there will be no Funeral Service.
If friends so desire, tributes in Dave’s memory can be made to the St. Michael’s Health Centre, 1400-9th Avenue, South, Lethbridge, AB., T1J 4V5

I first met Dave in Pine Point NWT in 1970. We were haulage Drivers on 50 ton Uclids, on same shift. Dave and I always had alot of fun , fishing at Dawaons Landing and riding motorcycles wih Henry Enns and Gordie Graham. Our favorite passtime was bugging Nelson Taillon and Roger Pridie.Dave and Elsie visited me in Elkford and Fernie BC.Condolences to his family I have missed him alot.Goodbyr my friend.
