DORA WALTRAUT RAASCH, beloved wife of the late Hans Raasch, of Magrath, AB, passed away at the Good Samaritan Society - Garden Vista, in Magrath, on Wednesday, October 28th, 2015 at the age of 78 years.She is the loving mother of Brian (Connie) Raasch, of Hope, BC, and Susan (Bill) Perry, of Okotoks, AB and grandmother to Kaylie (Brendan), Krista, Jennifer (Joel), Michael (Alisha) and Kevin (Courtney)."God saw you getting tiredWhen a cure was not to be,So He closed His arms around youAnd whispered "Come to Me".You didn't deserve what you went through,And so He gave you rest,In His green pastures far beyondIs really for the best.For when we saw you sleepingSo peaceful and free from painWe could not wish you backTo suffer that again.We will miss your love and guidanceThough we know it is not forever,For in our hearts and God willingOnce again we will be together."A Visitation will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, on Friday, October 30, 2015 from 3:00 - 5:00 P.M., as well as prior to the Funeral Service from 12:00 - 12:45 P.M.The Funeral Service will be held at the MAGRATH LUTHERAN CHURCH, 82 North 2 St. West, Magrath, on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 1:00 P.M., with Pastor Jeremy Richert officiating.Interment to follow at the Magrath Cemetery.Special thank you to John, Hilda and Lois for all of their love, care and support.

"God saw you getting tired
When a cure was not to be,
So He closed His arms around you
