I first met Ray and his wife Kay at downtown McDonalds where they would go for coffee and I would stop in after errands for my refreshing tea break . Ray always had an interesting story to tell and ALWAYS that huge smile . Could tell immediately he was devoted to his wife and he had so much patience. Then life happens and didn't see them coming for coffee anymore . Yet , always remembered this tall burly man with the awesome smile , great stories and ever friendly personality . Then many years later , discovered we both were attending the same church that I had just started going to after my own loss of my wonderful spouse . Ray's love and faith in God , Jesus and the Holy Spirit was inspiring . Sorry for your loss of a wonderful man that he was . And yes , Ray was very hard of hearing , yet had a heart and smile as big as Texas . My sincere symapthy in your loss of a good lovely soul that Ray was .

Ray will be missed by all at his breakfast place Humptys. He was a kind man, always greated you with a smile, little hard of hearing at times lol but that didn't stop him. He is now together with his wife who he has missed. R.I.P Ray

Very fond memories. My mother's brother who exceeded my mother's life by 19 years. Death comes so soon but remains peaceful. Much love, Uncle Ray!

Raymond was a man of simple faith and a little hard of hearing… but once he heard the message of his redemption, he held onto that with all his heart! He will be remembered as having a large smile and a generous spirit! Eternal peace is now his reward!
