MILDRED "MILLIE" ROTH, born in Plaster Rock, New Brunswick on May 10, 1933, passed away unexpectedly at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at the age of 88 years. Millie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
MILDRED "MILLIE" ROTH, born in Plaster Rock, New Brunswick on May 10, 1933, passed away unexpectedly at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at the age of 88 years. Millie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was predeceased by her soul mate, Jim, of 55 years, and will be remembered by her children Linda, Jim, Steve (Donna), Rhonda (Trevor), and "adopted" daughter Mary Lou; and 22 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She will also be remembered and dearly missed by her many friends and relatives.
Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of the Chinook Regional Hospital for their compassionate care.
A Celebration of Life will be held at COALDALE MENNONITE CHURCH, 2316 - 17 Street, Coaldale, AB, on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Gary Giesbrecht officiating.
All are invited, however, due to the rising COVID numbers, we would appreciate it if you would contact the church via email at cmchurch@telusplanet.net or phone 403-345-3363 if you plan to attend. The service will also be available via Youtube - Coaldale Mennonite Church - funeral of Millie Roth.
Following the service, Millie will be laid to rest with her soul mate, Jim, in the Coaldale Community Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Millie, donations may be made to your favourite charity.

Rhonda, Trevor & family. I was so sorry to hear of Millie's passing. She was a beautiful soul, so kind and giving. I wanted to come to the funeral but just couldn't go alone but I did watch on line and you all did such an amazing job - Millie would have been very proud! Take care!
