Dear Leo and family. I was heartbroken to hear the news of Sharon’s passing. She was a great colleague a compassionate nurse. We enjoyed several fun social get togethers as nursing colleagues. We survived the demise of St Michael’s Hospital. She was a true Leader and a very hard worker. Sending sincere condolences

I remember working with Sharon at St Mike’s when I first arrived in Lethbridge in 1989. Sharon welcomed me into the Operating Room team; she always had a kind word to say, and her smile was special. She even managed to laugh at my stories and jokes. My sincere condolences upon her passing. May her memory be a blessing.

Leo, please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of Sharon. I was saddened to hear of her passing, especially during the Christmas season. Although many years have passed since our shared school days, I remember her well. It is heartbreaking to lose someone who has been part of your life for so long, and even more so at a time meant for togetherness and reflection. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts, and that Sharon is remembered with genuine affection. I hope that, in time, the memories you shared—both from youth and from a lifetime together—will bring you some measure of comfort and peace. With sympathy and warm regards Roxanne Hunter (Maryancik)
