Aunt Clara was my favorite aunt. What made her so special was that she always took the time to take a genuine interest in my life as a boy - in an era when children were to be seen but not heard -and as an adult. I will always remember her as kind and caring. I have great memories of her meticulously wrapped Christmas gifts, which were always adorned with her signature curly bows. When Al and I played football together at the U of A, the announcers would often extend an on-air hello to "Clara in Lethbridge who is sitting in her car on her driveway listening to our game today." It was the place she received the best radio reception! It was nice to visit with Aunt Clara and her family in April. As alway, she asked about me and my family. Aunt Clara holds a special place in our hearts. Ken Luchkow and family

Clara was my sister. I wish she had been living closer to me. Clara was a kind, gentle and giving person who had a unique sense of humour that would make you laugh, even at the saddest times. We had many happy times together. Although distance kept us apart, the times we had together are very memorable. Thank you, Clara, for being you. Love, Mary
