Smith, Michael Ray

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of MICHAEL RAY SMITH on Monday, August 26, 2019 in Lethbridge with family by his side.

Mike was born on April 21, 1959 in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. He moved to Canada with his family in August of 1967. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a law degree and made Vancouver his home.

Mike will be missed by his mother, Jean Gregg, his siblings, Debbie, Greg, Julie (Jack) and Scott.

Mike's biggest joys were his nieces and nephews, Zak, Savanna, Dillion, Lexi, Jaeger, Casey, Krista, Jessie, Cody, Remi, Jada, David, Nathan, Jason and the last being Kyson—the love of his life. There are too many stories to tell about Uncle Mike.

Mike has always looked out for all of us. He may be gone but he will never be forgotten.

At his request, there will be no formal funeral service.
