Tavaiyah Medicine Crane
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tavaiyah Adrianne Faye (Pototaipii Aakiikoan) Medicine Crane. Born on January 17, 2013 and passed away on February 16, 2013 at Alberta Children’s Hospital. Left to mourn are her parents Alexandra Twigg and James Medicine Crane, as well as older sister Aaliyah Medicine Crane.

A wake service will be held at the OLD SAPOYI GYMNASIUM on the Blood Reserve, on Thursday, February 21, 2013 from 7:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. and continuing all night at Diane Twigg’s residence in Standoff at house #218. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Pawell Andrasz O.M.I. Celebrant
Interment will occur at St. Catherine’s Cemetery, and a feast will follow at Old Sapoyi Gym.
