It is with heavy hearts, that we say goodbye to DAVID G. VREDEGOOR. He was a son, brother, brother-in law, uncle, great uncle and friend.

Besides his mother Dora Vredegoor, he will be lovingly remembered by his sisters Marion (Blaine) Pontarolo and Linda (Richard) Kremenik, his brothers Marty (Colleen), Brian and Patrick (Sue) Vredegoor. Also left to cherish David's memory are his nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts and uncles in Canada & Holland as well as numerous friends especially Wayne Clauson, Jocelyn and Randy Blackmore and Bill Hand.

David was recently predeceased by his father Martin G. Vredegoor on August 31, 2017.

David grew up in Shaughnessy and worked on the family farm. He spent time helping at Dunlop Ford, worked at the Rehabilitation Society as well as volunteered at the food bank.

David enjoyed billiards, bowling, golfing, cooking and going to movies. He was taught woodworking by his great friend Wayne of which his family members got to benefit from the special projects he made.

One of his favorite past times was spending time with family and friends. He especially loved when his nieces and nephews came, that is of course until they got older and started bossing him around BUT, he always claimed "DON'T WORRY, I TALKED THINGS OVER WITH THEM" and we worked it out. There was always plenty of love to go around.

David was always ready to greet you with a smile and a hug and an offer of coffee. You would always make his day by stopping in for a visit. A recent comment made by David was "I JUST LOVE HAVING COMPANY"

He made friends wherever he went because of his infectious positive attitude, you just couldn't help feeling happier being around him.

Heaven has gained another ANGEL.
