EDGAR WILDMAN, son of Agnes Phoebe (Kraus) and Lester Alfred Wildman, passed away quietly at home in Calgary surrounded by family and friends.

Previous to Calgary, he lived in Pincher Creek and Cowley, AB as an adult and grew up in the Fernie and the Hosmer, BC area.  He is lovingly remembered by his sister, Beatrice Spina, of Fort Macleod and three nieces: Roxanne (Bunny) Debroux (Louis) of Lundbreck, Rita (Cookie) Graham of Calgary and Rhonda (Candy) Kunkel (Trevor) of Hillspring.  He is also survived by one great-niece, Tanya (JC) Lewis, and three great-nephews, Kyle (Carol) Debroux, Rylan (Grant) Kunkel and Ronan (Abby) Kunkel.

Edgar loved to travel and won many trophies canoeing, bowling, and playing cribbage and shuffleboard.  His passion in life was his family.

At Edgar's request, no funeral will be held.

My sincere condolences to all of you. Edgar was a warm loving person. Even though I have not seen him for years I remember the shock on his face when I aged 12 beat him in scrabble just by using simple words placed well. As I got older we were a little sweet on each other. He loved to see my long hair away when we danced . He considered asking me out but changed his mind because he felt he was to old for me. I lived with my brother Eddy Desjardins and his sister Beatrice many times. Later when I married he practiced canoe racing with my husband Gilbert. The men were very active sportsmen. As I pause to remember him, my heart misses him. Goodby and God bless you my friend until we meet again.

Rest in Peace Uncle. You will always be remembered for you generosity and love, Making our Christmas days awesome was your greatest talent, but your sense of humor (even those last moments), came in a close second. You will forever be missed.
