Wright, Robert

ROBERT "BOB" JAMES WRIGHT, of Lethbridge, beloved son of the late James and Frances Wright, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at the age of 64 years.

Bob is survived by his only sibling, Betty Ann; brother-in-law Maurice; nephews: Maurice Jr, Melvin, James and Kevin Bear; nieces: Brittany and Alysha Bear; and his good friend, Walter.

Bob grew up in Lethbridge and graduated from LCI. He was employed by the Lethbridge School District 51 as a custodian, with various schools. Bob retired after mom was sick and passed away. It was hard on him, as Mom and Bob always travelled together. He enjoyed watching his football and hockey, as well as other sports. He looked forward to going to the free pancake breakfast when Whoop-Up days were on.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Chinook Regional Hospital for caring for Bob. We also thank the Cornerstone Funeral Home for taking care of all the arrangements for Bob.

Thanks to Michael and Dawn Gray for all their support and caring for Bob and keeping in touch with us during Bob's illness.

A Funeral Service will be at the CHURCH OF CHRIST, 2720 - 21 Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB, on Friday, July 28, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. with Michael Gray officiating.

Interment to follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
